I recently brought my 2017 Volkswagen Golf to Pallens for new tires, brake pads & rotors. The team was incredibly professional, fast, and transparent about the work that needed to be done. They provided a fair quote upfront. My car now drives smoothly. Top notch work - I highly recommend them.

Professional, yet down to earth. Addressed issue, observed another, asked for approval to proceed. We are a multi-vehicle family and prefer to patronize local businesses that have a good reputation. We will continue using Pallens Auto Concepts for our vehicle service needs, because we view them as solid and honest. Ronald Stevenson for Stevenson Family

Best shop around lorain hands down. Super fast turn around times and they don't try to oversell you on things that don't need done. Gave a complete itemized list of all work needed, and had fixed my car within a few days of dropping off. Can't recommend them enough if you need affordable quality work done.

This place is awesome. The front desk lady was so helpful when I called about getting my car repaired! She was very polite & kept me updated while my car was being worked on. Fair pricing and very quick mechanics! They also have a complementary coffee and tea bar for customers. The place smelled so good, like pumpkin spice. I had a very pleasant experience!
